Yea! They have been saying for a few years that it protects against liver cancer, too... now if only they would tell me that chocolate chip cookies also protect against b/c...

That's great news... I'm heading to Krispy Kreme first thing in the morning to stock up!

I like frosted buttermilk doughnuts from the bakery - mostly in my past life! But might have one now and then ...

Then there are the orange poppyseed muffins from the Dutch bakery.

Maple bars used to get me through high school swin team practice. That and maybe a fudgesicle.

Haven't replied sooner gals, as I have been busy eating up my donuts.
