ER/PR+ and testosterone

Has anyone heard of testosterone being not recommneded for ER+ PR+ bc people?
I recently went for acupunture for a cyatic nerve problem and the therapist gave me this Chinese tea to make that is good for the healing of this problem and this tea contains some testosterone.
