Both of my parents have been drinking green tea since they were young as it was 'the drink' for most Chinese in the old days. My Father is going to be 93 this summer; and my Mother will be 85. My father never has any major disease except being treated for tuberculosis when he was about 40 years old. My Mother had non-Hodgekin's Lymphoma about 10 years ago and had gone through chemo treatment.
They keep themselves hydrated all the time - either green tea or herbal tea (my Mother drinks that.)
