rise in marker aftger ovaries removal?

Hello,
Does anyone have data or happen to experience a significant rise of tumour marker (Ca27.29) 2 months after ovaries removal? Thanks.

Mine went up 10 points and stayed there but went from 9 to 19 (bounces around but never above 21).
