Watched an interesting program on TV talking of an Australian Drug Discovery company called EngeneIC that has developed a nano-particle (derived from bacteria) that enters cancer cells and delivers a targeted dose of chemo.

The URL is http://engeneic.com/index.php?option...tpage&Itemid=4 and there is even a post in this forum (Interesting Articles) from 2006 that talks of EnGeneIC... Anyone know if this has progressed into human trials?

We're getting desperate with options running out for my mom... lapatinib, herceptin, xeloda, carbolatin all have failed to deliver.
