This is what I've been drinking since last Aug. My joint pain TRULY has been reduced and I really thought this was hype at first. But, any day without pain is worth it to me. So the $5 I can put up with. Yes, it's expensive ($32 a bottle; you don't have to sell, but you do have to do the "Costco" membership-type sign-up). The fact that it's being shown to blast cancer cells in recent studies and boosts my energy makes it even better. It's better than Starbucks. I go for my blood tests next month and will keep you posted. Be well.

I've been drinking it since November and I, too have had a reduction in swelling and joint pain. Also, for the first time in 5 years my AST liver enzyme is within the normal range (increase in enzyme was pre bc). I have had tons of blood tests, a liver biopsy and everything came out negative... no disease.

So, all of the above makes the $32 per bottle worth it.
