This should help patients decide whether there is a benefit of adding an anthracycline to their regimen or whether they are likely to do as well (or better having avoided the side effects, especially cardiac) with out it!

I know it is still considered a theory, by those who require thousands of people followed for twenty years, but the FDA seems to think it is a bit more it seems...
