The link takes me to a login page that says we have to be an authorized Stanford user.

Thus - could not get the letter.

That is totally strange as I believe this is a journal that allows access in
 

full to all of its articles. Perhaps Joe's list of access passwords might include this one, The Oncologist.

I told you I am terrible with links.

They make me want to quit posting.

used my tried and true way of entering "entrez pubmed" into google and voila!
