great news

I'm so happy as I have been on Tykerb 6 weeks and my CEA has dropped from 48 to 15 and my CA 15.3 from 34 to 23. Wow; whatever's been going on here can't touch me with results like this.

It is so great to hear about good responses to new drugs. I heard an oncologist talk about Tykerb and he said that so far it seems easier on the heart than Hercepting. That's good news tool. Hurrah for you!!

Adrien,

Whoo Hooo!!!!!!!! That is great news! How do you feel in general? How are the skin lesions?

Congrats, Adrien! I am happy that others are having good success on Tykerb, too. Are you on Xeloda, too? I couldn't be happier or more blown away by my Tykerb success!

adrien 12-04-2007 09:34 PM

Hi Carolyns,
Skin lesions have been razed to the ground and now are just small craters waiting to close over.

Hi Hutchibk,
No I'm not on Xeloda, just 1250 mgs of Tykerb. Hope to reduce that too if trend continues.

adrien, I thought I heard something falling fast! It was YOUR tumor markers. YEAH. That's fantastic...here's to it continuing to drop and back to NED. (Now that's my plan for you.) :)
