PS...I follow ALL these practices and find them very important.

hahaha - Mark and I have called ourselves Flexitarians for about 5 years. I can't remember where we first heard the name. Our favorite food is vegetarian, and that is what we eat most of the time, but we do occasionally eat organic chicken, turkey and I eat a lot of wild fish.
