Is it a good Idea to switch from Navelbine to Taxol?
 

I have been on Navelbine since three weeks with Herceptin for my recent recurrence to chest nodes. After two weeks of Navelbine and Herceptin my Her2serum decreased from 21.1 to 11.5 (my normal Her2serum is around 7) It looks like I am responding. But part of my mind has nagging feeling that Navelbine may not be as effective as Taxol in achieving long time remission. Is this true? Do you think it is a good idea to switch now from Navelbine to Taxol?
