Abraxane
 

Is anyone that is on abraxane on 125mg as opposed to 100mg. My doctor said most of the studies were done with 125mg, but that is a high dose. She said I can go down to 100mg if I need to. At first I said no, I want the 125 mg, but know I can barely make it through the day. I sleep almost constantly. I really wanted to knock out my mets, but I am beginning to wonder if it is worth it. Just wondering if anyone is having success with just 100 mg.

Vanessa, I don't have the answer to your question, but remember that in many cases the doses used are the "maximum tolerated dose", which is not necessarily the "optimum tolerated dose".
