Someone PLEASE post very easy directions on changing my picture or even posting some others on here. If I can't figure this out I'll just put them on my care page cuz I know I can do that.

I, too have had trouble. No one answered my post on this. I even emailed Joe. I hope you get answers.

Go to UserCP -- Avatar picture is the one that shows up with all your posts. profile picture only shows up in your profile (under members list)

Click on Avator picture - menu box pops up
use custom avator
upload picture from your computer (browse)
then save changes

click on Profile picture - menu pops up
follow steps above.
