Okay, so how do you adjust the pixels on your picture to make it fit the avatar?

It looks like you've done it. The site is experiencing some problems with the "avatar." I had the same problem. When I click on the red "X" next to theresa's avatar I can see your beautiful picture. Scroll down and click on "contact us" and let Joe know. He can help you.
