Scans still good
 

Living by the three month scans so stressfull. Just want to say the bone and ct scan still holding stable. Now waiting for the next three. We live three months at a time.( Crazy)

Stats:

Diagnosed Stage IV Jan 2003. Mets to bones. Her2 +++/ER/PR+
ACT for 6 months.
Stable for 2 years on Aridimex and Zometa
Mets to liver and lungs
Carboplatin, Taxol, and Herceptin took care of it completely
Now on Herceptin and Zometa every three weeks.

Everyone here is the best. Why is it in the worst of things, you meet the best of people?

So glad things are stable and you have "license to breathe" for another 3 months! It sure is hard living life in 3 month increments, I know. On the other hand, it gives you an excuse to CELEBRATE every 3 months. I hope you have a good one planned right now!

Glad to hear life is stable. Maybe they can reduce the frequency of exams now. Maybe every 6 mos? BB

Congratulations on the good scans. I also live by the 3 months and it is stressful, but also sometimes comforting to say to myself that I just had a scan and it was clear. I try to be strong and have faith, but sometimes it is hard. Best wishes for continued good scans!
