Herceptin and Lapatinib together?

Is anyone presently taking Herceptin and Lapatinib together? If so, for how long so far and how is it going?

Good question - as my onc and I were just pondering this the other day for future considerations if needed.

And what type of side effects are you having from the combo?

As of next week I will be starting Tykerb in addition to Herceptin. I'll let you guys know how it goes, once I'm on the combination.

If my scans that were just taken are not stable or better, I will be asking to add tykerb to my mix, which includes herceptin...
