Flaxseed Question...please give 2 cents worth
 

Does flaxseed contain or elevate estrogen levels?

I don't remember where or even if - but do remember vaguely reading something
regarding flaxseed and estrogen. Since I am estrogen postive I am not certain
that I should use flaxseed....
