This is really what we have been discussing in various threads for quite some time (along with the Omega 3/6 connection).


Thanks for posting this as it explains it in a simple, clear way.

Complicated as usual but interestingly omega three and six interact in all sorts of ways with hormone production including the female reproductive cycle.

For example at the simplest level fat deficiency can switch off or down reproductive function in women e.g annorexia.

So many questions.
