Mammogram question
 

Hi! I am scheduled for a mammogram tomorrow morning. Would I still have to get one if I had a petscan and catscan last week? Thanks for your help. God Bless, Cathy1

Can't hurt , too much. Mammos are useful in finding tiny calcifications and big tumors. Pets are good at identifying areas taking up a lot of glucose. It could find something awry. Compared to all the other tests I mind the mammos the least. Good luck. BB

yes do it. mammos find calcifications. i did one a month ago
