I just highlight the links and copy them by hitting control + C at the same time. Then I paste them in to posts using control + V. I helps to keep the typos down, although sometimes I miss a bit.

i would have loved to gone, but me and Audrey are going to Lance Armstrongs summit meeting in Austin in Oct. We got picked out of 1000 people to come and support it. We are so excited we got picked!!

Good for you Michelle, I like Lance and he does awondefull job with his foundation. For sure you will give us a report of your trip later. It's great both of you are going.
