I'd love to know

I think everyone is different. I was diagnosed 3 years ago with bone mets head to leg. I never had any pain. It was discovered after a CT scan showed mets to the liver and more scans were done.

Only in the last year have I had any pain (ribs).

If you have ANY doubts, ask your onc. Have you ever had a bone scan?

Love and light,

Lisa

Hello I think you have posed a very good question.

I can tell you about my experience. I was diagnosed last fall and requested a PET scan. I had no symptoms of any bone pain. The results of the PET scan revealed that I had probable bone metastases. A bone biopsy was ordered and confirmed the findings of the PET scan. Needless to say that PET scan enabled me to have the correct diagnosis.

I would echo the advice given from Lisa. When in doubt check it out!

Take care,
