Goji...Health Elixir or Pricey juice?

I just did a search on Goji to see if any out there have had any experiences with this juice. There is someone local who says that it has all but cured his cerebral paulsey. <sp?> I don't know what to think. A friend of mine at the coffee shop says this guy has gone from looking like a cripple, to a normal guy in less than a year. I am the biggest skeptic, but could it be that this could do as nicely as they say?
