Life after Herceptin
 

I have been told that I will possibly be coming off Herceptin next month...

After being on it for 2.7 yrs, I feel a little bit scared. No, change that to, a big bit scared.

Herceptin 3 weekly, has been a way of life for a long time now. It has been my "Safety Net". Once off it, I know if I sneeze the wrong way, I will contribute it to Cancer ...!

I know when my onc says he needs to monitor me off the drug, it's logical, but it does'nt make me feel any more secure.

I know, having read your threads, that there is a life after Herceptin, but it's still very worrying.

Till now, the only thing that worried me, was getting a dress to fit me for an up and coming Wedding. Now, it doesn't matter just as much...well...!! being a female, I still want to get it right..!!
