Question about Court Ruling and experimental treatment
 

There was a court ruling a couple of weeks ago that said stage IV patients should have access to experimental treatments that other people do. I seem to recall the ruling as saying something about not having access was depriving patients their rights.

Would anyone have more specifics on this ruling?
I am about to do battle with the insurance company and can use all the muscle I can get.
