Just a little sad this Mother's Day
 

I just wanted to vent a little. This is my first Mother's Day without my mom. She died of lung cancer in January. I miss her so much. When I look at my daughter, I don't ever want her to feel the same way I do because it hurts so much.

I know exactly the way you feel. Linda's kids, and the way they feel today and on mother's day, I would not wish on anyone. Life is truly unfair at times and sometimes I feel that my kids are being punished....but.. life must go on (I guess).

You were in my thoughts on Mother's Day along with the families of two other Moms who passed away recently - one from lung cancer and one from complications with breast cancer treatment.
