moods, emotions while on herceptin

Now that other health problems have resolved and I'm down to herceptin and arimidex, physically I feel well, but it seems that I have emotionally down days the day or two following treatment. Has anyone else noticed this?

I get touchy emotionally the day before I get Herceptin, sometimes 2 days before. A friend calls it PHS - like PMS! afterwards I'm a bit tired that afternoon and the next day.

Sassy, the Mayo Clinic site on Arimidex lists mood and mental changes as one of the common side effects:

MayoClinic.com - Anastrozole

So it's not all in your head! :)

I couldn't figure out if it was the Aromasin or the Herceptin making me feel sad.

Thanks

Thanks for your replies everyone and the site Lolly. Glad to know its not just in my head! Most days I am doing great, then a down day comes and I really couldn't pin point why.

Same place as chemo

Sassy- I completed my last Herceptin treatment in March after concluding chemo at the end of July 2005. I also felt "down" and would get tired after Herceptin. I think mine was because I got Herceptin treatment at same place received chemo. The entire process was the same as chemo and think it was a mental thing for me.

Even though I had very good results from all my treatments, it's still somewhat emotional to be at the clinic (even when things are going well).
