Question Re Colitis
 

I am taking taxol w herceptin. The last one last Monday 1/31. During this week, I started to have aches under my ribs, around my waist. Onc said it could be colitis. Then went to the gastro doc who took a stool sample ( no blood) but ordered a ct scan later this week of stomach and pelvis.

What exactly is colitis? I'm asuming caused by taxol and / or herceptin? Never had it before!

Does it go away? Is it a sign of liver met? medications for it? supplements for it?

I am so scared. Just when I see I am doing ok, surviving, something else pops up? but you all know how it is http://www.her2support.org/vbulletin...lies/frown.gif
