Has anyone's onc. approved the use of Vagifem for postmenopausal vaginal dryness with er+/pr+, her2+++ br ca?

Vaginal dryness (and THEN some)
 

I haven't asked about Vagifem but my onc approved the E-string and I've used it for over a year now (ER+, PR+, HER2+++). I understand that in studies it was the only estrogen aid that appeared not to have systemic effect.

Yes, my onc approved vagifem and was quite happy about it only acting locally. I've been using it for about 9 months now and it definitely improves the situation.

My onc approved it - said either that or Estring. Low dose, and these 2 they reckon don't spread throughout system. I haven't started it yet, and will talk about it at next gyn visit. My bc is er-/pr-, but even so I know you have to be (and I certainly want to be) cautious about any risks. Jo

Thanks for your feedback. Just wanted some other "opinions" before I see my onc. in a few weeks.
