not ned but stable
I just got the written report of my pet scan and c-scan and I am so excited, they don't say I am ned but everything is stable. I have been off chemo now for 6 months and nothing new has grown!! I haven't talked to my Dr. about this yet but I can read and that is what it says. I see him Friday. I just finished 33 treatments of novalis radiation to the one active lung met and it will be a couple of months before we know if it worked, but my scan showed it had already started shrinking, which is great because I had just had my last radiation the day before my scan and I had figured my lung would be inflamed. The scan was for my oncology to check the rest of my body out. I will scan again in Feb. for the radiation. This is the best scan I have had since this started. Patty H

So glad you got such good news. Maybe, 2006 will be the miracle year for you!! Enjoy every minute of it as you deserve this time. It has been a long journey for you. hugs, Sandy
