Hello to all,

I've posted this summative before probably 3 months ago when it first came out, but there have been a lot of questions about treatments and directions, as well as many new members; so I thought I would post this again.

It is a excellent explanation of the HER family, how targetted therapies work, the latest results from the trials and even some discussion of the ER pathway and how it fits in to the bigger picture. It doesn't really offer us any earth-shattering results but what it does accomplish; are very clear explanations and insights to the levels of medical sophistication required to win this war.
