Is the Navelbine I'm now receiving capable of erradicating the mets I now have(bone and Pleura), or only of slowing down the process and further mets?

unfortunately there is no way to predict response.
some people respond quickly, others find the drug doesn't work. But there are so many combos out there, you onc will be able to find the one that works best for you.

Don't know if you're on just Navelbine or Navelbine/Herceptin? I had the combo, which did eliminate my mets to skin and lymphs after 6 months. Hope you do well on Navelbine, I thought it was very tolerable.

Everyone responds differently to different combos.Navelbine/Herceptin was not the right combo for me, but Taxol/Herceptin got me to NED.
It is very frustrating not knowing if/how you're responding.In the meantime, keep the faith!
