Linda,
If you have a "Pop up" stopper, you must turn it off while in the chat room.

Well, I turned off the pop up stopper, thinking that was surely the culprit but.....no, I still just got the blank page, with "return to home page" on the right side. :( Could it be a problem with Windows XP...or perhaps my jokester of a computer? Thanks for your help.
