I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't feel brave. I cried for 2 months after my recurrence diax, and am anxious every time I have to wait for test results. Not brave, but am just working my way through this. What has probably helped me the most is 1) being armed with knowledge about the disease and the treatments and 2) having a great support system, this site included. And maybe 3) realizing I want to spend whatever time I have left living and serving.

Speaking of anxious, see, now I'm anxious because I, too, am on Navelbine and wonder how long my markers will stay down. We'll see...
