Given a choice between 3 shots and 1, I'd choose 1! You CAN have Neulasta and weekly chemo. I've had it several times, the most recent being yesterday. My blood work-up was all low due to a throat virus I have. I had Neulasta shot, Herceptin drip and Navelbine drip. Other than a few seconds of burning, no real problems with Neulasta.
