The TCH combo has been considered relatively safe and quite effective in a metastatic setting since 2001. The TCH combo is supported by a clinical trial conducted by Drs. Slamon and Pegram at UCLA. I have provided below a cross-link to the UCLA findings in a Phase II study that showed an eighty percent "response rate" with this combo.
