YES!!! I have been on weekly taxol/carboplatin/herceptin for 12 weeks now for liver mets. Had a ct scan after the 11th week and my mets are nearly gone (from 6.8 cm to 3 mm). Very easy to do, I have had no side affects, work fulltime. WBC & RBC a little low but not low enough to stop chemo or to get shots. The only difference is that I take the combination every week (not 3 weeks with chemo and the 4th herceptin only). Good luck and God Bless you and your wife.
