It seems that Herceptin given with or during A/C Chemo can cause toxic effects to the heart...seems it would be better to get the A/C and radiation, then ask for the Herceptin...with no positive nodes you may have to push for this either in a trial or out of parameters treatment. I wish I had been given Herceptin with no positive nodes...I don't feel I would have had a reoccurance...
