If there is a Wal-Mart in your area, they usually have a product called Corona. Corona is in a bright yellow tube usually in the pharmacy section but sometimes in the pet supplies. The Udder balm is okay, we always preferred the Corona.

We have not used it for hand / foot syndrome as Cyndi has not had that problem yet. We used it for the grandkids diaper rash works a lot better than all that baby stuff.
