I cut down on my decadron from 100mg to 60mg (they claimed to have a worldwide shortage at that time and I was glad to give it to someone else!) while on Taxotere as well as later on the Taxol.
It did not seem to make a difference with my aches as pains. My doc said it was from the Taxotere.
