Does anyone know anything about this product in relation to use following cancer/chemo? It's being marketed as a 'wonder cure', but I am sceptical and would like to know more.

Hi, I did a little research- it is an immune booster made by Mannatech. If you just key in ambrotose with your favourite search engine, you should find their website. Hope this is helpful.
