My moms' mom had a radical way back in the 60's in her 60's. Recvd Cobalt treatments. She never had a recurrance and died at age 80 from blood clot after hospitalized for heart problems.

My mom had a lumpectomy at age 50. No further treatment and died age 72 after a stroke.

I was dx'd age 50 with IBC Stage IIIb four yrs ago. Mets dx in July and Aug of '02.
