Hi Rose, I believe my dose is 10 mg per kg of avastin and the regular dose of herceptin which I've been on since 1/2003. They give you one week of herceptin alone and then the next week herceptin followed by avastin. As far as side effects, I had fatigue and aches and felt really off for 2 days. Also my herceptin alone day was not as easy as usual. Regards Carol
