I forgot to mention my original diagnosis. I was Stage II, ER/PR-, HER2+++ with one positive lymph node. Am now Stage IV.

All your info gave me alot to think about..I was stage 1 at diagnosis, er pr neg and Her2 3+..no positive nodes, then 1 1/2 years later, a recurrence to my lymph nodes above collar bone. I have been on Herceptin for6 mos now and the onc said I would be on it for at least 5 years or longer if it continues to work...I had dramatic results after 1 treatment, and now 6 mos later NED. It is scary going from stage 1 to a IV in a year and a half...my prayers are with you....I hope you will have an excellent response...I want to stay on it as long as possible. By the way I was diagnosed at 50.
