I didn't really do any type of exercise, however I do own a horse that requires certain attention. Working with my horse I constantly use my upper body and arms so I am guessing that played a huge part in such a fast recovery. My doctor didn't suggest anything to me, just the opposite. He kept telling me to stay away from working with my horse. Easier said than done. She has also been the best therapy I could ask for. When I am with her all my problems vanish.
