Below is a link to a very informative article from the Fall 2003 Cure magazine. There are quite a few chemo's referenced that you haven't tried yet, so don't give up, there are options.
Also, there are the platinum drugs, although not covered in this article. I think they're considered pretty harsh, so would not be my first choice. Hope this helps.
