Hello all, wanted to let you in on the latest, my pet scan came back clean and I am going to start chemo tomorrow! I am on 4 treatments of CA and 12 treatments of Taxol. I am in the herceptin study.... BUT I am in the arm of watch and see. I will only recieve the standard treatment as listed above. No herceptin. After all the reading up I did, I was really looking forward to the year long treatment, which is really odd for me... little disappointed, but I am still one of the fortunate women who found her lump, was a pain in the butt with my doctors, and caught it early enough.
Thanks for all the thoughts, while I have been waiting on pins and needles.
