You are correct that those with Her2 positive BC that are also ER PR neg are the most likely to recur and without the ability of Tamoxifen or femara to help prevent that. ER PR negative cancers that are HER2 positive are more aggressive, but treatable, hence the likelihood of recurrance. Genetics doesn't seem to help, my Mother is ER PR positive and I am negative...she got the better genes!!!!
