Here is a link to Dr. Susan Love's answer to your question! She apparently is referencing the same studies your onc is basing his recommendation on, but has come to a different conclusion than he has.
I went to Google and entered "wine breast cancer recurrence" and got quite a few links. You could also enter "risk" in place of recurrence, it might be more specific.
