Those are beautiful words and I am going to work hard to truly take them to heart. I can live with dealing with this chronic disease (and will always be there to help my wife) but I can't deal with the thought of not! I know I will feel better when I truly view this as a LONG-TERM battle. Right now I'm too scared and have too many doubts but notes like your help a great deal. Prior to this site I felt that it was so unfair and that my wife and I were so alone in this, but it is so painfully obvious to me that there are so many WONDERFUL people living through this same nightmare who deserve this no more than we do. I don't know if I could deal with this like I am if not for this site and all of the truly amazing people that make it up. I'm so sorry that you have been confronted with this but am glad that yours is a temporary physical battle. Thanks for your words.
