Ocular Migraines are a visual disturbance that proceeds a migraine. The disturbance is uually a blurring or sparkling sensation starting in the peripheral vision and eventually working to be more central. Your vision is usually flawed during this episode and can last from 20- 25 minuutes. This is sometimes followed by a headache but other times not.
